Assoun is a village in the casa of Danniye , one of the districts of the North of Lebanon. What characterize Assoun from other villages is that embraces the highest peak of Lebanon ' KORNET L SAWDA" from one side , and the green valleys of danniye from the other side. It is also known for its richness in greenery , trees especially pins and lazzab , fruits and its unspoiled nature. Asmathic people were always adviced to go there and benefit from the wealth of the region.
My site is an empty land at the highest point in Assoun, its surrounded by all kind of trees and is characterized by its 360 degrees view. It hugs the green valleys of danniye from one side and mezyara ( zgharta ) another district in the north from the other side. and also embraces " kornet l sawda " from one side , and mina Tripoli.
I decided to create a regional development center which will create a village in the village. It is composed of four different functions. In order to benefit from the greenery and the richness of the nature in that region the first function will be a school of agriculture which will be educational and theoretical , to help the people to know more about this field. To take advantage of the panoramic view , I decided to have a weather forecast center , that will not only predict weather but also will be part of the educational program.  To profit also from the wealth of the region and the sea view from the site, an organic healing center will be added to the project for people to meditate, stay , or buy products.

Briefly this regional development center will be a place of different activities for different type of visitors.
